BARTonline Downloadable Academic Calendar

The BARTonline schedule is available to download and import into Microsoft Outlook, many desktop or mobile applications or any other standard calendar program.


iCalendar (.ics) is an open standard supported by an increasing number of hand-held calendar applications or other standard calendar programs. For example, Microsoft Outlook. Google Calendar, and Yahoo Calendar can all subscribe to an .ics calendar and receive updates automatically on a configurable basis.

Microsoft Outlook 2010 - Windows:

1. Download the above .ics file and save the file to a location you will remember.

2. In Outlook 2010 select "Open" from the "File" menu.

3. Select "Open Calendar"

4. Locate the .ics file you saved to your computer and select "Open"

5. The calendar will load and will be located in your Outlook Calendars


Google Calendar (Any computer with a web browser)

1.Go to the BARTonline Academic Calendar page.

2.Select the  image located at the bottom right of the calendar.

3.You will be prompted to sign in. If you are already signed in move to step 4.

4.You will then be asked if you want to add this calendar, select "Yes, add this calendar".


Yahoo beta Calendar (Any computer with a web browser)

1.Go to and sign in. If you do not have a Yahoo Account create one using the link provided at the top of the page.

2.Select the settings cog next to "Subscribed" and select "Subscribe to Other Calendars".

3.Name the calendar and then enter the URL from above into the "iCal Address" and select "Continue".

4.The new calendar will now appear and is accessible from the Subscribed menu located on the left side of the screen.
